Come along and experience 60 minutes of movement and yoga asana (poses) designed to create grounding in the body and mind.
I explain the Sanskrit and English names of common poses, and outline modification so you can experience your unique expression of the pose.
This will be followed by 15 minutes of guided meditation and deep relaxation.
Set against the rolling hills and open skies of Springwood Studio, You will float into the rest of your weekend feeling ready to embrace the beautiful weather Spring has to offer us!

I want to have as many people access yoga as possible. If you are unable to afford the above price, use one of the discount codes below when purchasing your single class pass.
$20, you can easily afford the actual price and by paying full price you are keeping yoga accessible to your community.
$15, a sacrifice but not a hardship (Code: SUPPORT)
$11, paying actual cost would cause significant hardship (Code: ASSIST)
